The ability to create customised streams, having your own branding and logo across all platforms is great. Being able to share content with other users easily also makes this a useful tool. The software does tend to crash quite regularly which is not always easy to deal with as it can be difficult to recover from a lost stream without losing the previous footage. The best part about stream days is that it has an amazing support team who are always willing to help in any way they can, even if you just need someone to talk through your problem with! I have no complaints at all as far as this service goes - everything we needed was there when required (and more than once). I like how easy it is to set up, even with limited technical experience. The customer support team was helpful when we needed assistance. It integrates well into our website as an API plugin (which they provide).
