I bought this product to upgrade my iMac's built in webcam. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 star rating is the autofocus. Regardless of the slightest movement, there is a constant attempt (every few seconds) to focus, which distracts a bit from the shot. On the other hand. Xbox One + Skype + This webcam = virtual Christmas fun. I figured since I couldn't get home why not just try using my 65 inch TV and game console to bring Arizona to Washington. It worked great. I needed a new webcam because the one that came with my laptop wasn't good enough. didn't do well in low light. I connected this camera to Windows 10 and in about 30 seconds it was up and running and Zoom (video chat software) recognized it straight away and wow what a difference to my built in webcam. Overall quality is good value for money so overall I would recommend it. However, I will order a different lighting. I was hoping to avoid this by purchasing a ring-lit camera, but the lowest settings illuminate nothing more than 15 inches away, and most people sit in the back of their computer chair about 2 feet or more from the camera. I liked the plug and play setup and you can use it in 10 seconds. The picture quality is very decent and the rotation function makes it very easy to set a specific angle. The privacy shutter is also a very handy feature in case you want to temporarily stop it for some reason. This camera can also be attached with a clip or on a camera tripod (shown in the video). I've been using it on my PC for now, but will definitely try it on my Xbox.
