Works as described. I haven't used it for yoga. Try it with 2-foot chains, suspenders, and leather cuffs for best results.

Overall this is a decent product for the price that will help my daughter become a gymnast and develop her flexibility. The only downside is that when my daughter first tried to undo the loop to put her foot through, the strap fell out of the buckle. She's done this several times before, but now she knows what not to do.

It was difficult to use at first because I didn't know how to put my hands and feet in the loop properly without pressing the skin too hard, but when I figured it out had , it really helped! Especially when stretching my legs, which I can't do without help. No signs of wear so far, although I use it every two weeks or so.

The pulley is foam and the strap keeps falling off to the side. If you are flexible and only need a little help, this is a good product for you. If you're trying to be as flexible as I am, buy a better carrier. It's easy to install, but as soon as I start pulling (about half way) it gets stuck and falls off the foam roller. I used it about 3 times because it actually hurt getting stuck trying to get it free. For reference, I'm 5 inches and 125 pounds.

My daughter wanted one of these door stretching tools. She was very excited to get the Zenmarket Stretch Strap with Door Anchor! It's very sturdy, very easy to install! Can be quickly installed and removed. Easy to stow away. My girl loves using this tool to work on her dance flexibility! She uses it in the morning before school and when she comes home from dancing after school. Good product! Seller and product highly recommended!
