Assembly. The Allen key that was promised was not included. Good I have one. However, the plastic part that contains the locking pin makes it almost impossible to insert an Allen key into the bolt head. Obviously the designer never installed it.

The straps holding the chairs to the extended armrests have already come loose rendering the frame unusable. I bought the stand while traveling and just found a problem with the strap a day after the return deadline (6/30/18). The ratchet strap should open and tighten each time you place the chair on and off the stand. I didn't like pulling the strap and holding the boxes every time thinking I could return the frame but to no avail because I missed the return deadline by a day.

The Stromberg Carlson LA-104 RV ladder I received arrived with missing parts. Specifically the screws needed to attach the rack to the ladder. The only bolt that didn't fall out was a smaller one. The 1/4 inch screws should not ship smaller than that. There were two empty medium 5" bags and one smaller 2" bag, both empty. Apparently they sent me an opened/returned box. The trunk carried our 2 sun loungers during our 2 trips. But I had to use 3 elastic cords to attach them a little more securely: one around the front of the chairs and attached to the stairs and 2 attached at the bottom and wrapped around the stairs. It only took 3 months for the 2 small pieces of 1/4 inch rope material tying the 2 pins to the post that locks the 2 legs in place to unravel from exposure to the hot sun.
