I knew it wouldn’t be amazing for the ice, but it looked decent in the pictures. Arrived in a plastic bag inside box but not presented as pictured. Also, the chain looked like something you’d get from a cheap quarter toy vending machine at grocery store.

Necklace comes in different pieces that you have to then assemble on the card. I never thought a necklace I am gifting to someone would actually require assembly. Was going to return it, but need it before a better quality necklace would arrive.Chain is very thin and will break easily as well. Not the greatest quality for the price.

I got this as a christmas gift for my mom, who is my best friend, and i couldn’t be happier. I was expecting it to come in a small necklace box and that’s it, but it came nicely wrapped with care instructions, a thank you note, a cleaning cloth, and a cute mini card to write something to who you’re gifting it to. I know my mom will love this just as much as i do.

The gift box is too small what I expect. Also, I need to pack it by myself. It is not very convince. However, this is a good gift for teacher. That's why I give three stars for this product.

Unfortunately the clasp doesn’t lock when you put it on. My neice won’t be able to wear it otherwise it will fall off. That's my feedback!

Very nice necklace, I believe my Aunt will love it! Only problem I had was that I did not receive this necklace as it is shown in the pictures, it was just placed in the box. Therefore the chain was tangled on a knot. Thankful I was able to get it a loose without damaging the necklace!
