I know understand how this all works. No instructions so the first time I winged it and it leaked. So, there are two silicone gaskets and two metal washers. You need to put one set on the outside and one set on the inside. The metal washer needs to be squeezing the silicone. Furthermore, there is a yellow cap thing I had no idea what it was for. However, it's for tightening the nut on the inside of the glass. Needs instructions or video!

I bought 2 of these thinking they were the same size as one they are replacing. These are much bigger at 2 gallons. Now I love the extra size because the beverages still always disappear. The only criticisms are the lid is flimsy feeling and was actually stuck on one when I received it. I thought I was going to break the jar trying to remove it, but it ended ok.They seem durable and have traveled well, if not awkwardly. I got this because my $12 Wal-Mart version shattered when I set it down on my counter. Not even hard. Just, gently set it down and it broke into a thousand razor-sharp shards. The glass, I found, was paper thin in some spots on that one; it was bound to break sometime. I'm just lucky it wasn't full when it happened. This one seems to be of much higher quality. This was perfect for the bridal shower I was hosting. Held the perfect amount of tea and lemonade. Looked cute with the farmhouse theme of the shower. Did not drip after pouring.

I really really like the design of this. It's much better than my previous dispenser. Although, sadly, it did not come with the chalkboard piece or chalk which was a real bummer.

The best thing about this is the heavy duty metal spigot. No leaks and it has a fast smooth flow when pouring. I would recommend this product.

I use this for Kombucha continuous brew. It works perfectly for this. The spout allows for easy fill of bottles and the wide top (which I keep covered with a cotton cloth secured by a rubber band) let’s me get the scoby out during refill and then replace the scoby easily.The spout and stand also allows for easy sampling during fermentation to check progress. I highly recommend this dispenser.

After scouring reviews found this one - glass is good quality and perfect for water. It’s a little large for making an alcoholic drink but a must if you drink a lot or have friends who drink a lot. Spout doesn’t leak and easy to assemble. I like that it sits on a stand and you don’t have to tip it really to get the last drop. Chalkboard is also a nice addition so you can label the drink.

The jar is what I was looking for to make sun tea. I like the mason jar appearance however I wish it was a bit shorter wider. The height is a bit awkward as it just barely fits on my refrigerator shelf and the height makes it a bit more challenging to wash. Overall it works for my needs.

I would buy this product again. It is well made. My only complaint is that it does leak a little when I shake it up with water in it to clean it out. Since this a new item the seal may not have seated itself properly yet and time may very well be the cure. If not, I clean it over the sink anyway so the leak doesn't really matter that much.The large opening in the top makes cleaning inside easy. The spigot is very well made.

I bought one of these and liked it so much I bought a second one. It’s the perfect type to have on your countertop and still fit underneath your upper cabinets. The spigot that comes with it is perfect and works right out of the box. The lid is really easy to get off and with the white opening very easy to fill the container back up. Works well. Have it set up all the time for water for the plants in another room. The glass feels a little thin, the hole that’s cut out is extremely roughly cut and is definitely a weak point. The lid is useless as it’s not watertight nor waterproof as mines starting to rust over so I’ve just taken it all and put an old coffee lid over it. The nozzle works well and haven’t leaked at all overall it’s not bad but it’s definitely fragile if not careful.

I’ve used this product for weddings, baby showers, and gender reveals. They’re great, don’t leak, are easy to clean, and look good with any type of decorations.

I love this dispenser because it is so big that it holds 2 gallons of whatever I want to drink like tea or water. I love how you can use it to drink infused water. I don't have a problem with it. I love how it has a chalkboard to know what drink is it for everyone to know who use it. I love how it has a base with handles to sit in on my counter. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. It doesn't take much time to wash the dispenser and reuse it when I need it.

I needed a beverage dispenser for lemon water for an outdoor gathering and this did the trick. I had no issue with leaks and was able to assemble it in just a few minutes. Next time I use it, I will definitely use the infuser as some of the lemon slices would lay up against the spigot an slow the flow. It was an easy fix to push them out of the way, but this would make it easier next time.
