Inside purse will not unzip- it is jammed shut won't open

I am very upset- opened the package when I returned home I WAS AWAY when it arrived. The inside zipper purse pouch DOES NOT WORK, THE ZIPPER IS SOMEHOW JAMMED DOESN"T OPEN IT"S WORTHLESS TO ME! A BIG WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY

Creased all over best in my review

I received my purse rolled up in a tight ball in the box and when I took the purse out of packaging it was severely creased all over. No way to get those creases out.

This bag is amazing! Beautiful color ! Perfect size! Adjustable strap! I am 5ft and it’s not overpowering! The vegan leather material may not be as durable as genuine leather, leading to potential wear and tear.

Great Color - my new review

I think this is supposed to be gray, but it's such an in-between shade (more taupe-ish), that it easily goes with all the browns that I wear as well as the blacks and grays. This is not a bad thing.I miss inside pockets, and the little bag that it comes with is cute, but not very practical. The zippered top makes for a small opening.It's stylish, and a great price, worth trying, but I need a little more.

Love Love Love best in my review

This is an awesome leather purse. The matching pouch is perfect for all the misc. items I usually toss in my bag. I did end up purchasing a separate purse divider too. This has such a great quality to the stitching. I highly recommend for yourself or as a gift.
