Easy to use, good customer service & quick response time when problems arise! Great price for domain management with great support from their team as well which is always fantastic!. Nothing really at this stage though but maybe you could look into adding some features that are missing in comparison other providers such us GoDaddy's Domain Manager? Not sure if I would recommend them yet because they've not been around too long (only 3 years) however so far everything has gone smoothly enough…

The best feature is that you can set up subdomains to your main domain so it's like having multiple websites under one account. I dislike that there are some options that cannot be changed from default. For example, there is no option for the date format in the WHOIS database. It has a lot of features that make it easy to use. If you need a simple website builder, this is perfect! It makes it super easy to build a domain name with all the bells and whistles. Just pick out what you want to add.

I like that they offer great service, friendly staff who are always ready to help you out with any issues or questions! They can be slow sometimes at times when it comes time for renewals but other than this everything is top notch from them as far as customer support goes!! We have had nothing bad about sub reg since we started using their services in 2009 - love our domain management through here so much.
