This tool is well made, SAE and metric graded, comes with case and manual. I bought it to work on my motorcycle. The case is great as it has molded slots for extension cords and adapters. Buy a 3/8"-1/2' adapter with it! I was disappointed as soon as I opened the box. The knob does not match the scale on the wrench. When you stop the knob at "zero" it is between the two marks so you don't know if it's set at 20 or 25 ft/lbs. So if you think you're set at 20 when you're actually at 25, you're overtightening 25%, combined with a 4% tolerance, you could be overtightening 29% or vice versa, and you're not too tight enough.
