I like the design but it's hard to program.

I liked the design of the radio, but it's quite difficult to program. Instructions are not very clear to understand. I have a radio to listen to Live365 but it's not on the radio. I think they are working on it after I contacted Sangale about it. I saw it in the preprogrammed list after calling but not downloading. They removed it from the list a day later. If your ISP is buggy like mine, the sound of the radio will be buggy. My cell phone works better than wifi radio. I'll leave it anyway…

DO NOT BUY THIS! - Internet radio

This Internet radio costs $129.90. It's only been two months and now it's unused, waiting to be thrown away. Let me list the numerous problems I've encountered with this thing: 1. At 100% charge, the battery life is only 4-5 hours.2. If you try to listen through headphones while charging, there will be noise while the device is charging.3. Most of the included apps do not work reliably. They either fail after a few minutes of use or don't work at all. I've spent more time getting this to work…

Great World Receiver-Aftet tricky setup

Item purchased. The item description doesn't say you need a wifi hotspot - you do! Pay more money for spectrum. Got the attitude, ie. Choose your favorite radio stations from radio apps like Tune-In, iheart. Sirius. The keyboard is small, some letters on the edge are difficult to type. I live in an area with poor antenna reception. Now I get all kinds of channels from all over the world and USA. Portugal, Canada. THE CARIBBEAN, SOUTH AMERICA, SEATTLE – INTERNET RADIO HAS ITS PECULIARITIES. THE…

Just an overpriced, stripped-down Android phone.

Bought as a Christmas present, which I've regretted ever since. Inferior materials such as speaker cloth stretch every time the device is handled. Incredibly weak PSU had to be replaced within the first month. The placement of the exposed BOTTOM speaker must have been a last minute design decision. Simply moving the radio requires care not to damage the speaker. The touchscreen is painfully slow, clunky, and inaccurate compared to ANY other Android interface. We spent hours downloading apps in…

Not worth the money, that's why.

Sounds worse than a decent computer speaker, "Subwoofer" is a tiny 2 inch speaker on the bottom of the unit with very little "Bass". I can't find a YouTube app, so I can't play music videos/YouTube channels I like. The UI is small, I have to use the stylus to access the small icons that appear to exit the app. (which are hard to trigger on their own, you have to swipe up or down a bit from the top or bottom, which often already launches something in the running app.) The screen goes blank after

Does a lot more than I need.

I would like a little more simplified instructions and a more convenient way of entering letters / numbers. The fingers are too big for such a small keyboard. I'm 71 and kept up, but this thing is more complex than a smartphone. I wish there was a simple search for the radio network and didn't have to go through all the steps to get there. Although this device can receive thousands of stations, I wanted one for my wife, the Bible Broadcasting Network, as the two stations we have available are a

Very nice look and great sound!

Bought for an elderly layman who enjoys listening to beautiful music. I was able to complete the initial setup but wasn't able to train the gift recipient on all the steps needed to use it to its full potential and there is no remote control which also makes it difficult to use. Those shortcomings aside, it sounds great, looks great and works great for a semi-technical operator, but a remote control and more detailed owner's manual would be a huge improvement for any user. I had to call tech…

Great for our office!

We bought one of these to replace a wi-fi radio we had in one of our stores that we could only connect one station to. This little radio works very well! We keep the volume at the lowest level and never have to turn it up. Then when the radio in our other shop died, we decided to buy the same radio. The ONLY problem I had is for some reason there is a faint high pitched sound coming out of the subwoofer below when charging. If the song you're listening to is loud enough, you won't hear it. But…
