The upper is made of elastic material, so it fits perfectly and doesn't get in the way with wrinkles. The green ribbons fell off the first time she wore it, but a small stitch fixed it. Washes well and doesn't fade even after I accidentally washed it in a regular wash. Regular washing was no problem with the bands, they fell off when trying on before washing.

I bought 2 sizes bigger than I read others but I should have bought 1 size bigger. For reference, my daughter is 4.5 years old, 42 inches, 34 pounds, bought size 6, the arm is too long, the body is a little loose, but the length is perfect. It's also thin, you'll need to put on a layer if you plan on exercising outdoors. I haven't washed it yet, but it's best to put it in a laundry bag before throwing it in the washing machine.

I liked the quick dive. The dress looked very cute on Christmas Eve. I have two daughters so I had to buy 2 dresses. Grandma loved those dresses on you.

The dress is cute but my daughter complained that it was itchy. If your child is sensitive to itchy clothes I would not recommend it. All in all a good price and nice for a holiday.
