Very easy to use and makes me feel like I am dealing with a human being

I love how fast it is to open an account. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The support team has been extremely helpful when I have had questions or problems with my account. They are always quick to respond and make sure that everything is taken care of. The only thing I dislike about this software is that you cannot link your bank accounts. This could be easily fixed if they would add this functionality. I highly recommend this software! Being able to do taxes right away after signing up

  • Customer service response times were great usually within 24 hours for any issues we experienced

Great cloud-based accounting app - especially for new business owners

I love how simple it makes my job as an accountant easier by allowing me access from anywhere which has been very helpful when working remotely with clients that are scattered around California! It's also great because you're able to use your phone or computer without having to download software first (which takes time). Sometimes we have questions about tax returns but cannot find answers due to not being familiar enough w/ this program yet. We haven't had many issues since using it though…

  • Ability create custom forms so they can make changes more quicky than manually entering them into excel.
  • Easy way organize receipts

Awesome solution especially great customer service

As a small business owner I love that everything from invoicing to payroll happens automatically without me needing to do anything more than set it up once with my bank account information! The support team was amazing as well when we had questions or needed help making tweaks. There are some features that aren’t available if you have less than 1 employee but this isn’t something that should deter anyone because all of our employees were able to use this tool effectively right away.
