Sunroof Assembly Repair Cruiser 2001 2010 Review

Used as a replacement for Cruiser sunroof rails. Spare parts more than arrived. Although the repair is certainly difficult.

This is a great option for repairing a cracked or broken sunroof. You will need to do some drilling and riveting to install these parts. When I played it myself, Davis cost me $500 in parts.

Excellent product. Works well. To do this you need to have some mechanical skills. You must be ready to remove the headliner and entire assembly. The instructions don't address that. Clearer photos would help. But still VERY happy with it.

Quality parts. Including silicone lubricant with ball applicator. Nice gesture. It was necessary to use a sanding block to sand the glides on each side to fit the existing track without shaving or binding. It's a bit of a tolerance issue, but it was easy to deal with. Note: The gutters on the rear where they connect to the plastic engine/drive cross member are sealed with butyl rubber sealant. I decided to clean the old sealant with brake cleaner and reapply the new before riveting the parts…
