My Gray Parrot loves this toy. It only lasts a few days, but that's because he's just working and working on it. When he's done, the bottom of his cage is filled with paper. You can replenish supplies this way, and I was just going to buy paper rings, but they sell for about $4 for six of them, which is a foot of this toy. Simply buying a new toy is more economical; although I would advise finding other things to wear this. Definitely a good buy for us!

This is a good toy and the only one my gray wasn't afraid of for days sometimes weeks after trying to imagine it. I hung it up, she chewed it up. Simply that way! I like that this toy is more unique than most bird toys, but it's a little smaller than I expected. My Umbrella Cockatoo likes more wooden toys that he can quickly turn into splinters, so I'm curious to see how this one will hold up and keep his interest. You must be kidding it's not big by any means and definitely not for large or medium sized birds. I have a heavy macaw (a medium sized bird), it took less than 5 minutes, the chain broke and in the end everything fell apart. I am attaching a picture of what is left and I will also add that my bird is NOT a large rodent, it has a tone of solid toys that it has had for a long time and yes birds do need to chew on toys however that is not a problem here, the problem is that the toy is not durable.
