I recently found old vinyl from the 45's and had to replace the original paper sleeves on most of them. This polyester lined sleeve set is what you need. My small stack of 45 looks much better and will complement the full size vinyl in my growing collection.

I am a consignment dealer. I often find 45s sleeveless and in need of maintenance. I've added them to my storage method for some of these finds. The plain white cardboard makes it easy to write in the top corner, cataloging and storing in a 45 binder for later listening. Is it the best there is? no Not quite, but if you're paying 42 cents for a disc, give them a clean job and a new house, that's fine. It's just another tool to add to your collection arsenal.
