My son received this set for Christmas and was very surprised and happy with the product. The shilling was fast, the quality is excellent and the appearance is bright and looks very good.

I'm so upset that my son is using the book bag just a week after he got it as a gift, everything he has there, it's a folder of his lunch box and notepad and it's already torn up after 1 week and he's so upset because he loved Mario it's crazy.

Broken before my son went to school. I have included his lunch. Lunch and sun from Capri so not difficult. and after 10 minutes the bag with lunch detached from the backpack. Not even in front of the door!

My son couldn't get enough of this backpack for two months. The side panels are falling out of the straps and most recently the zipper fell off completely so not repairable! I'm very disappointed that after a month and a half I have to buy another backpack, it's terrible!

Cute and cheerful but poor quality. The lunch bag strap broke after a few uses. School has JUST started. I'm hoping to fix this, but it was originally sewn into a seam so it might be difficult to fix. Although my son loves it. This is a cute backpack. They only offered a refund and I would like to exchange it because my son still wants it.

The book bag itself is good. The zippers work well and look good. Only time will tell, but school hasn't started yet. The lunch box is beautifully printed but narrow. Thermos is difficult to assemble. And it stands out. Luckily, if I make sure the thermos is in the middle, the zipper still closes. I just hope my kid can close it again after dinner. A little disappointing.

Bought this backpack for my preschooler who only carries a small folder, a change of clothes and a few papers with him every day. The shoulder straps started to come loose about a month ago and last week came off completely. This means the backpack lasted a total of 2 1/2 months of the school year with little use. Very disappointed as he was so excited to have a Mario backpack but especially since I spent more on it I expected it to last at least a full year.
