My grandson loves this game system. The only problem was signing up with Nintendo and creating an account to download the game. He has the same machine as his mother but they have the disc and he didn't have to register an account. The process is also complicated and confusing, but not insurmountable.

Bought this when it was on sale during the Prime Day event. I love Mario games, party games aside, and Mario Maker doesn't disappoint. I'm disappointed with the gamepad's battery life, but that's easily remedied by continuing to play over the network. I like the ability to play with a gamepad without turning off the TV or switching to another channel.
