They came in the wrong color but the material is cheap.

I ordered regular color moss and received a bright spooky green which I will add to the photos. The first photo is what I received and the second is what they posted. I would have. The material is cheap so I sent back all five bags I ordered. I do not recommend this product.

When you ordered basil

Seems like the reviewers are confused. The manufacturer name is Super Moss, it is NOT moss but sisal. Two different products. If you need moss, go to the Super Moss Store and search for MOSS. There are no problems with the quality of sisal if you understand that you bought it. My overall rating is 4 because I received the Chartreuse even though the packaging said 'Basil' and I will try to fix that but it can be difficult when selling through Revain. The box was tightly packed, almost burstingโ€ฆ

They charge for the master carton, that's the best I can understand.

I had to return 2 more boxes of this product. Now the product is actually exactly what I wanted, but the quantity is a huge problem. First I ordered a 3-4 pound box. What I received is 1.88 pounds. Hmm ok I ordered another color this time ยฃ5. What I received is 2.14 pounds. Either way, it's less than half of what you pay. They charge for the outer carton, that's the best I can understand. Sisal comes in a large plastic bag in a box in a Revain box. The prices for which is essentially grassโ€ฆ
