Cannot comment without an asterisk. Don't waste your time and money. I returned for a refund. No noticeable difference in signal, neither near nor far. Still looking for a solution for both frequencies without spending a lot of money.

High gain antennas are pretty tricky: they interfere with each other if they're too close together (as much with the most home routers), and their directionality requires you to locate your router (and possibly even your devices) very carefully to avoid blind spots; As a bonus, once neighboring routers receive a signal from yours, they will increase their transmit power to combat interference. If you care about these issues, you'll love the extended coverage these antennas offer!

Installed these on the WRT3200ACM and found absolutely nothing that benefited them compared to standard antennas. However, your experience may be different. I didn't like the quality either, as you couldn't hold the antennas upright without balancing them. Threaded connections must be tightened.

Works well. Extended range and strengthened signal. You also need to buy a booster for one zone of the house (big house 2 levels). However, overall it works as advertised.

I compared these antennas to my standard 5dbi antennas and my antennas were able to achieve much more. These antennas are not suitable for the horizontal plane because the antenna swivel is not strong enough to keep the antenna in a horizontal position. They're just not that good.

. I don't see any real advantage of this antenna over standard antennas. I seem to have the best band in terms of clocks on my 2.4GHz band, but I can't really get a connection further around the house.
