This is a heavy wrench. It would be better if it was made of impact-resistant plastic, then you don't get a hernia when wearing it. However, it is suitable for caps with plug heads. For caps with protruding heads, you need a separate tool, and there are plastic ones.

The tool is a bit too big and I had to sharpen it. I thought it was a Chinese cleaning cap that was too small. Also, the replacement cleaning cap made in the USA was too small for the tool. It was also a different size than the original. So it looks like the two arms of the tool are out of spec.

Heavy duty tool does what it's designed to do. Couldn't find a tool to meet my need to remove and install a recessed square outlet on a 3" PVC drain. Plug. The only thing I didn't do was have the tool fit a little sloppy. But overall it worked well. Made from heavy gauge steel which I guarantee will last a lifetime.

This tool was difficult to find as the drain cleaner cap is slotted (looks like a large recessed minus sign). It fits the slot well and the cover was removed shortly after use. A large Phillips screwdriver inserted into the slot opposite the slot (see promotional images) provided additional leverage to rotate the hard-to-remove cover. The tool seems reliable and I'm glad I found it.

The perfect tool to buy someone you really love. Use it to open a sewage plug that leads to the sewage system. Has many different sizes that may or may not fit your specific channel bust. Very difficult. It can also be used as a protective device or thrown out of the trunk of a car - provoke a terrible accident. Definitely recommended for others looking to open their own submerged sewage plugs.
