Intuitive and easy setup process for users

I like that this is integrated with my accounting software so all of our financial data comes in one place rather than having to go back-and forth between two different programs! The interface isn't as intuitive or user friendly if you are new at using supportone's services but it does improve over time once your trained up/on their system (which takes about 1 month). We use them primarily because we don’t have enough staff members who can dedicate themselves fulltimely towards running payrolls

Great experience with excellent products

I love the team, they are always willing to help. Their customer support is amazing and I always receive the help I need when I call. Sometimes it's hard to find a customer service rep who knows about your product and can help when you need it. I wish we could have more support from the team. I think the product is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tool to help them manage their finances. I use Support One for my accounting needs and it's great. They provided a lot of assistance and advice in our pre-sales meeting before we signed up for the service. When the software went live, they helped us with any issues we had immediately. They even went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot the issue we encountered after our upgrade to iVend 4.0. We couldn't be happier with their customer service! I am an engineer at another company who works closely with Support One as part of my daily job duties. Their support staff (and engineers) do great

  • Price - seems expensive compared to what most services offer.
