I bought this device THREE MONTHS ago. I don't even use this laptop every day and this charger has stopped working. It looks like the wires diverge at the attachment point on the "box". I'm going on a business trip on Monday, until then there's no way I can get a replacement cable. Don't buy this piece of shit

I bought one of these from another brand at Revain that had a USB charging port on the transformer block just like the OEM surface charger. Unfortunately, this charger does not have a USB port. But it still does an excellent job at its main task of charging the Surface, so I can't really complain.

I bought this for my Surface Pro 3. It works great. My only complaint is that the charger keeps burning even when not charging. They did this to look like a real charger, but the Microsoft Surface Charger only lights up when plugged in and charging. This is a minor complaint. Otherwise it's great. It's definitely a great value!

Ordered on February 5, 2019. It is now February 23, 2020 and the charger is still working. I didn't handle it well either. It is extremely durable. The only thing I don't like is where the cable from the plug meets the converter box, it separates too easily and so many times it stops charging without realizing it because that connection is broken.

Bought to replace the original charger. I can honestly say he hasn't let me down. The only thing I'm missing is the USB port that comes with the original. It was very comfortable and I wish it had it, but otherwise I'm impressed with the quality and reliability of the product. I know it's a charger. He does what he has to do.

Excellent quality, works great as a replacement. Couldn't find another replacement online or elsewhere locally. Not BestBuy, not a battery store. Such an amazing find. The only downside I would have is that it gets hot at times if you just leave it plugged in for a long time after the laptop has charged. So I suggest you charge it, work for a while and unplug it. Or simply unplug after charging. Other than that it was great!

I used this to fully charge the battery once and it stopped working on the second charge. I plugged in my SP3 when the battery was low and left it overnight.
