Received my order today and the bottles look like they have been in someone's shower with hard water build up on the outside of the bottle. The bottle isn't full either. It should be 10 fl oz but feels/looks smaller. I'm not sure if anyone else used part of the bottle and then sold it and sent it to me, but I'm completely disappointed with the presentation of this product and angry at the high price I paid for a bottle that doesn't even work is full. I will not buy again.

I bought this after getting a smaller bottle from my stylist for almost the same price. I started using this shampoo because my hair thins with age and I was hoping for an inexpensive/chemical solution. I think the shampoo helps keep my scalp clean and helps my hair grow faster. This product was introduced to me by my new hairdresser and I LOVE it! I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that causes hair loss with age :), my hair was thinning and lacking volume. Thanks to Awaken Shampoo and Conditioner, not only was my hair getting thicker and thicker, it also encouraged new hair growth!

I'm pretty sure this isn't an advertised product. If so, they've changed the formula drastically. I have used this brand before and found it very good. My hairdresser retired so I couldn't get it from her anymore so I ordered it online. This is absolutely NOT the same as what I got before. Feels slimy, doesn't rinse well and leaves hair feeling like it's coated in a strange substance. Throw it away and never order online again.

I really like this product but the bottles are too stiff for a very thick substance and the size makes them difficult to grip with weaker hands.
