This body suit worked perfectly! I had my female kitten fixed and the first 2 days she had and cone on she was miserable. She ran into everything, couldn’t eat out of her regular food dishes. And forget the covered litter box. She didn’t fit. Found this and gave it a try. So happy I ordered it! It did exactly what I needed it to do. Made my little one more comfortable and kept her from licking her stitches. If your pet ever needs a cone again and this is an option make sure you try it.

If you need a surgical suit for your kitty & you know they won’t mind it I do recommend this, I bought all 3 sizes since I didn’t know how these run & she looks like a potato lol she hated it after putting it in her she froze refused to move as if I mobilized her regardless if she could do make sure ( try testing some pet clothes on your kitty first see if they will handle it ) giving 5 stars because it isn’t the products fault it was just kitty 🐱

Read the reviews and ordered 1 size down to make sure it fit snuggly since my cat had a rather big surgery where a portion of her intestine was removed, she has a big area in her tummy with stitches so I needed something breathable, soft, non irritating and snug. This fits her perfectly and snug but with enough room for moving around, I can tell she's feeling comfortable with it. So the size in item description is wrong. Almost 6lb cat it says medium. I got a medium. She escaped in less than 5 minutes. Added a harness hopefully it stays on. I would say if your cat is 8lbs or less get a small. 12lbs or more get a large. It stretches a lot so a determined kitty will escape. Not sure if the rear hole is big enough for pee and poop but I guess I'll find out in the next 24 hours.Update: its been a week. the back hole is big enough for her to do her kitty litter business. If you have a 6 month old Maine Coon, get the large. Pictured is my girl in the Medium (which was on upside down) and it was too tight. Thankfully I had bought both sizes and the large fits well. The material is VERY thin, it's see through. I'm not sure I trust that she can't get through it. That's my only complaint - I wish the material was thicker. It covers her incision nicely and allows her to potty.

At first they may walk a little funny or act like they can't use the bathroom but they are fine. It's like having a 24 hour sleepover, it keeps them calm and keeps their stitches covered. I sewed up the hole area in the top of the neck of my kittens suit because she got her leg stuck in it and I recommend cutting the size tag off that is located on the outside. Other then that, these gave me peace of mind when leaving them to go to work.

The sizing is definitely off! It’s a great thing I read the reviews before buying one, my kitten is 4lbs and I got her a small after she got spayed. She got out of it right after I put it in her due to the chest portion being a little more stretchy, so she just slid her paws out. My cat had surgery and couldn’t eat in the cone.We got this for her. I did not leave it on over night and use only when she was in room and we could supervise. But, I think it was a welcomed relief to her and she was able to eat.

Ordered this for a cat that keeps pulling out its hair. Very well made product and works as it's intended. Unfortunately did not work in our situation, but not fault of the product. Shout out to the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE though. Should work great for cats recovering from surgery
