Works With: DF9.9B through 300 4-stroke Suzuki outboards S/N 310001 and up. Requires version 3.5 or higher software on the interface cable to function correctly with 2013 and up models. You will need one fluid level sensor for each tank in the boat to display fuel level. Part is 100% OEM from Suzuki and is NOT aftermarket.

Device Error

The product worked fine for a month, after which a thin blue bar appeared from top to bottom of the screen. I don't know what's wrong with it and how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Pros
  • Works with: Suzuki 4-Stroke Outboards from DF9.9B to 300 Serial Number 310001 and up
Cons
  • Reliability

Reliable reliable block, although Lowrance makes them.

I have been a charter boat captain in Key West for 19 years. For the price of this device and the amount of information it packs, it's not a problem. Yamaha sensors cost 20% more and never last more than 3 years in the sun.

Pros
  • The part is 100% Suzuki OEM and NOT aftermarket.
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

Very poor functional design

Used 100 hours on a center console boat. Requires too much interaction for trivial reasons. Having to answer EVERY time you ask for fuel is a HUGE annoyance and a useless redundant feature. Night mode still gives the Suzuki logo with maximum white illumination when first started. Switching to red or blue lighting will remove night vision! Obviously there is very little input from boaters and fishermen into the feature design. Gives tons of information on a small meter.

Pros
  • You need a gauge for each tank in the boat to show the fuel level.
Cons
  • Fits
