When I first got a spirit level, the horizontal eye only had half the liquid. Revain gave me a replacement and asked for the defective one to be returned Levels. Shipping from Russia to USA is very expensive. It is equal to the cost of the new level. In the end I ended up at the second level, which had more liquidity in the horizontal window. Bought this to put in my inspection bag at home for professional inspections. I used to do a lot of DIY, building, framing and even roofing work. My favorite level is my Johnson 36 inch wooden box. I wish I had a reason to use this level sooner. I bought it in January 2020 and since then have mostly done demo work or work where I didn't need a 6" level. I pulled it out today March 30th 2020 while replacing the front door only to find that one of the vials of plumb line didn't work. I suspect that when I received it and tested it for accuracy, I only tested the other vial with the plumb bob, not both.
