I like that it is easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to access via mobile devices. It's also really affordable! I wish there was more flexibility in terms of customization. For example, you can't change the font/color used for text messages or emails. I like the ability to switch between different accounts. I am able to use my personal email, and still have access to my business emails. I like that I can switch quickly back and forth. Its easy set up, it runs smooth with our gmail setup already made by google! The support is not great but we had fast help from them within an hour of getting started for any issues that came up during the first month or so when things were being migrated in. They also have some handy templates available after you get past those initial days/weeks where everything needs customizing etc.. I like how easy it is to add multiple email addresses with this service. It makes it so much easier for me to keep track of my incoming emails and outgoing emails. The only thing I dislike about this is that sometimes when you are sending an email, it will say that it was sent but not actually get sent through. If you want something simple to use but still have multiple email addresses, this is the one for you! I would recommend it to anyone looking for something simple to use. This has helped
