Pictures show 2 but only one is included which is confusing. They have since updated the description. It comes in a cute pouch instead of plastic. It was a charming gift that could be tied to a gift. I like that it's natural rubber as it often ends up in baby's mouth. Plus, everything is one unit, so there's no risk of it falling apart over time. I will probably buy a different style.

There was only one product in my package, not the second gum pictured. So this review is only about the nipples in the picture. Natural rubber has become very popular with parents and I wanted to try it and see if it could compete with more traditional silicone products. This rubber nipple is definitely thicker and works well for a kid who actually goes to town and chews on their pacifier.
