🐠 SwimWays Finding Dory Rays Catch: Dive into Fun with Dory and her Aquatic Friends! Review

Bought for a 22 month old baby. The description says the fish swims at different levels: but not in the children's pool, which is a foot six inches high. All the fish fell to the bottom. Octopus and seahorse swim. The network works perfectly. It's a bit small, so it's not easy for little kids to catch fish. However, she really liked it. She finally figured out that she can catch a fish with her feet when she's on my lap, so here it is!😂

As a swimming teacher I buy a lot of toys. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the parts on the plastic fish wear out easily. They look old after just a few weeks of use. Although the grille still looks good. Other than that, it's excellent value for money. What I LOVE about it is that 1) 2 of the fish swim and the others sink for variety and 2) the kids really like this toy. He is second only to Melissa and Doug's treasure pool toy. This is her favorite.

Much smaller than I expected but at least decent quality. Mr. Ray is tiny with small webs making it difficult to put toys in, the 'handle'/tail is too small for an adult hand but my little one is fine. Diving toy is a combination of sinking and swimming, which is more fun for my child. She doesn't dive for them, but in the paddling pool she can bend down and reach for them with her hands. Works well for the price (less than $10) and good enough for some summer pool fun.

I hope it lasts. The net has room for all the toys, it seems very strong and well made. It has no elasticity, which I like. I see lines in several places but it could be nothing. I'm not sure. What upsets me is how exhausted Dory and Katie are! They are full of scratches! Katie has a drop of paint right on her cock! What bothers me the most is the paint. I ordered this after my son played with a set his childhood friends had and loved it. I was very disappointed when I opened the package and not all items were made of hard durable plastic. I'm picky about bath toys that don't have holes or crevices for mold to grow in. These toys are meant to float in water, but unlike the set my friend had, there were pieces of thin, hard, brittle plastic that appeared to be assembled in two pieces, hollow inside with plenty of room for water. Kids of all ages play with this toy in our pool and it lasts all swim season with all its parts, no rips, tears or holes in the net I would say it was well made, quality item! Some pieces will float and others will sink, and the little net will help them keep track while keeping the net afloat!
