It takes some getting used to, but it pays off.

Swing Coach is disappointing but great and worth it. When you use it for the first time, it is difficult to get it out properly. I kept hitting him wide and left. It's hard to explain, but you feel the ball come out. This will help you make small adjustments and slow down to think about your backswing instead of just getting up and hitting the ball hard.

Difficult to use. for swing trainer

Not at all what I expected. When I first tried to use it I couldn't get the ball to come forward when I started my forward swing - the ball came out on the downswing - and stayed behind my body. I didn't read the manual carefully - it says to use 75% swing. The jury is still open for this rocking aid. Only real golf balls can be used so you cannot play indoors unless you are in a net cage. I tried using a plastic ball to see how it would work, the ball doesn't come out at all.

This is the first golf product that has made me feel confident and confident in my swing.

The first time I used it - I couldn't get the ball out of the holder but after about 6-7 shots it did what it was supposed to do - It naturally helped me fix my swing and set up .
