The best part about this software is that its user-friendly and it has inbuilt features which makes work easy while using it. Its cost factor is also relatively low so there isn’t any hesitation to use this product over other similar products. We use syntax to keep track of our sales data in order to be able to forecast future revenue trends. The reports are very easy to read as they have an excellent layout/design. I like that we can access these files via FTP or over email at any time which is great! It would be helpful if you could create more custom fields based off report templates and give us some examples of how this should look. I like that it's easy to use with no learning curve needed - we've been using this software since our first year in business so everyone is familiar! We are able get reports out quickly when they need them most which has helped us improve customer service timeframes drastically!!
