my daughter loves. Fortunately, they are not as open as the others. It's amazing how most shorts for little girls mimic adult clothing, which is designed to reveal half of their buttocks. Not this one.

December 2020 - Purchased for my 2 year old daughter. she likes them We cut the strings from the front as they serve no purpose. They are for looks. The shorts are held in place with an elastic band. Soft.

Very nice, good quality, thick material. I wear these shorts for my son (because boys shorts are ridiculous and knee high) - they are comfortable and attractive. He can easily put them on and take them off. Thumbs up.

Conservative cut. Not too short not too long. I ordered a size 12 for my 10 year old because they are for sleeping and she likes the looser fit. Would go with 8-10 if it was outerwear. Good fabric, good quality, nicely sewn. Colors don't run. Too bad they didn't have red, black, gray in stock in size 12, I would have ordered them too!

August 2021 - Bought for our 5 year old daughter and she loves them. We (also) cut the strings from the front as they serve no purpose. Very heavy 95% cotton, $7 each for our color choices. Good length as others have commented to keep the crotch low. If anything changes we will come back to update the review. Otherwise we will come back to order more :-)

My very skinny 10 year old wears a size 8-10 shorts and they are too tight. Luckily I read the reviews and although I was going to buy a size 10-12 I went for a size 8-10 as everyone said they were too big. I'm so glad I did! She needed short but not tight. They are actually cuter than the photos I took. Very soft and she no longer tugs at her wedge every 5 minutes.

Bought this size 14/16 for my 12 year old daughter. She is tall and slim. The shorts are well made, good thickness and length (not too short) but her waist was small in all three pairs. I washed them in cold water and let them dry on a skirt stand stretching my waist as much as possible. He says it worked and now they are comfortable. I won't dry them and will probably repeat the stretch at least one more time. I hope this doesn't ruin the gum prematurely.
