Not like bottled witch hazel - they smell more like alcohol. They are good for quickly wiping your face and body after the gym. But I don't think I'll buy them again. I'd rather buy witch hazel in bottles and use it with cotton pads :-)

My sister recommended these wipes to me when I told her that I get acne all the time (I've never had acne unless I had severe ones Stress). After a few weeks of using these wipes I noticed my face was clearer and as a result my face was completely clear. I'm still using it and checking if it also clears up the dark spots left over from my acne. Yes - I recommend it!

I could smell them and was afraid to put them on my face so I very quickly rinsed them off under a slow dripping tap to soften them and then used them for all the reasons I needed and loved them . I really think I like this brand of cotton face astringent pads more than a tissue.

I mainly use them as make-up remover wipes. I also use them before and after armpit waxing. They are very gentle, I don't feel any burning at all. To me they smell like witch hazel in a bottle. I will continue to buy them. I've posted a photo of the ingredients in case anyone is wondering if they can be used as sanitary napkins.

I Love Witch Hazel as a Toner! I have used my sisters before and saw results in fighting acne on my skin almost immediately! She had a large bottle of the same brand. I bought my own from a different brand (Thayers) and found it less effective. Then I bought these which I liked because it's so easy to just take a tissue and wipe my face with it.
