Good customer service

This accessory fell apart after about 20 inches of use. I even cut out a 1/4" keyway for the shaft to go through to reduce stress on the cutting edges. Despite this and the slow feed, the drill bit shattered in the wood. This may be an anomaly and I just received a defective bit .Seller Support will refund the purchase price and send me a new bit when this item is restocked.My rating is based on attentive customer service and will be adjusted after I have had the opportunity to try the…
