Below are some areas where the Tablet HUAWEI MediaPad 10 FHD Wi-Fi can be used:
- Gorgeous FHD display, aluminum body, thin and light. Sensitive touch screen, fast enough. What I especially want to note - GPS - finds satellites instantly even indoors. The waffle is a decent level, but I won’t say that it’s super-duper. The battery is average (there is something to compare with).
- Among the shortcomings, I can note the poor package bundle (charger + USB), but for such money it’s a sin to complain. Not all games go and get up - I consider this problem temporary due to Huawei's own processor, which software and game manufacturers have not yet adjusted to. (It was similar with Tegra3). The camera is average, the level of a soap box (although I do not consider this a disadvantage, like most tablets). Temporary drawback - few accessories.
- good sound, screen resolution, although not very common, but also pleasing, movies in full hd plays without brakes, catches wi-fi very well, compared to iphone 3gs, the wi-fi signal level is twice as high, the battery lasts for a long time, thin , stylish aluminum case, tempered durable glass, sensitive sensor, game programs work without brakes, when downloading a flash player, flash games in FB and classmates are well drawn!
- the main drawback due to the exclusive hardware, many applications are not supported, RAM is not enough 2 GB would be enough with the top, half of the RAM is constantly occupied by some applications that cannot be found, later I think I will solve this problem, but for now the disadvantage is the 8 MP camera, the quality leaves much to be desired, the only joy is the presence of a powerful flash, the charger is exclusive only for this tablet, you can order only in China
- - High-quality matrix, good angles and colors. - light weight - Good build - Price
- - There is no anti-glare filter on the screen at all - Lots of unoptimized software - Crooked built-in software - More memory could have been
- 1) Perfect screen for reading, watching videos, surfing the web. 2) Good loud and fairly "clean" built-in speakers 3) Excellent quality of materials and workmanship, excellent ergonomics. 4) Interesting software additions to android from huawei, such as hiding the bottom panel, etc. 5) All emerging glitches occur only in easily replaceable software (launcher, for example), so there will be no "purely Chinese story" when the tablet is buggy, hangs and reboots, and no reinstallation of software, flashing and shamanism with a tambourine will fix this (yes , I had a Chinese rhythmics - that still set "young radio amateur". 6) The battery really holds very well. 7-8 hours of video, a month (not less, but most likely much more) just lying on a shelf. Huawei did a good job of saving energy (the battery is not the most outstanding in terms of volume, and the results are not bad).
- 1) First and foremost, if you need games, you've come to the wrong door. Don't try to figure out options and look at synthetic benchmarks. Games don't work. Dot. Of those that work - birds, Disney swamps, perry, etc., simple toys for the smallest type of games from Little Beetle and Gh Team, rare exceptions of 3D like Despicable Me. If this set is enough for you, then there is no problem. For "heavy" NOVA and other NFS, the tablet is not intended at all. (unless, of course, 15-20 FPS in NFS does not suit you :) ) 2) Regular software is buggy and lags. Sad but true. Huawei could not deliver the finished device. In fact, everything is not so scary, although not pleasant. The standard launcher not only lags horror, but also frantically bugs: program shortcuts can periodically disappear, periodically, vice versa, double up, periodically lose the link to the application (the application will stop starting, and there will be a green robot on the shortcut instead of a picture) - I replaced the standard. launcher for Apex (free). The regular lock screen lags wildly, I blocked it in applications, and so on. the regular Android 4.1 blocker was activated, which works much more cheerfully. The standard keyboard is a quiet horror, I replaced it with a purchased swipe. 3) There are few accessories, it is not easy to find, they are expensive. Recently, the situation here in Hong Kong has improved and cheap covers have appeared (~1000), it is quite easy to find a USB adapter, you can order / buy a keyboard dock in a connected one. But still, in a particular region, it is better to study the offers before buying. Since the connector is proprietary, you may even have to look for the charging wire if it is damaged, for example, not to mention adapters for flash drives and TVs. In addition, the prices are 400-500 for a charging wire (against 200 for a regular micro USB), 400-500 for an OTG USB adapter (against 200-300 for a regular OTG-microUSB), 1500 (!) for an adapter on HDMI is simply beyond good and evil (against 200-300 for a micro HDMI wire / adapter, or 500-600 for MHL, depending on which connector). So it's up to you.
- 1. Screen. Good margin of brightness and color reproduction. An additional plus is the resolution. Reading / watching movies / surfing is more comfortable than at 1280 * 800. I admit that everything looks even cooler on the retina, but FHD is enough for the eyes. By the way, there were no dead pixels and uneven backlighting in my copy. 2. Battery (to my surprise). Enough for several days when working 3-4 hours a day (reading + Internet + games and movies). When I bought it, to be honest, I did not count on such survivability. 3. Performance. Given the fact that I do not play heavy games, the tablet is more than enough for everything else. Applications and the Internet work smartly. 4. Weight. When held for a long time in the hands, it matters. 5. Sound. The two speakers play loud and clear and even give a hint of stereo. 6. Appearance / feel / workmanship. To its credit, HUAWEI tablet is made really high quality. The body is thin and light. It does not creak, does not bend, so it's nice to take the tablet in your hands. An additional (for me) plus was that the body is made of aluminum. The memory card slot is covered with a flap. 7. GPS. With a tablet price close to the Chinese noname, this is a big plus. 8. Actually, the price. I took a promotion for 12,590 in one of the 2022 networks, plus they gave out more discount coupons for 3,000. 9. PCT. A trifle, but nice :) 10. Good WiFi sensitivity. 11. Slot for memory cards. The absence of which I can not forgive Apple products and Nexuses. 12. Docking station. Not the fact that you will need it (especially without the built-in additional battery), but the very fact of the possibility of turning the tablet into a full-fledged netbook warms the soul.
- 1. The screen is covered with stained glass. Too actively collects prints. 2. Own processor and video. Not all applications are installed and work correctly. 3. Crashes and slowdowns happen. Apparently, the features of the software are not well enough optimized for the "author's" HUAWEI hardware. 4. 1 GB of RAM. I would like to. of course, 2 GB, however, it is not justified to demand this from whatever one may say about a budget tablet. 5. Trouble with accessories. It does not smell not only of variety from Apple, but also of a scanty assortment for Samsung. It is extremely difficult to find a case or cable. 6. Proprietary (yeah, I know that buzzword too) connector. Which makes it even more difficult to find accessories. Heading "note to the hostess": full compatibility with a non-native 30-pin cable for Samsung tablets has been experimentally established. 5. All the same WiFi, oddly enough. Details in the comments.
- Screen (resolution, viewing angles, color reproduction, contrast, GG glass), case (aluminum + thin), weight, operating time (considering its thickness and weight, screen resolution).
- Own processor - hence there are issues of compatibility and optimization of some (some) programs and quite a few complex 3d games. Screen resolution is not yet so common. A specific connector that can be replaced with a Samsung one in which case (with limited functionality, best of all from tab 8.9).
- There are advantages: good camera, fast speed, bright screen, etc.
- Poor quality, lots of damage.
- High-quality display with good resolution, dimensions, aluminum case, GPS, price
- Glossy screen (but this is a problem of all tablets, in my opinion), 1 gig of RAM is not enough, sometimes the browser is a little dull.
- Max Payne goes to the maximum requirements! You won't find a better tablet for a cheap price! excellent assembly, the body is solid metal! screen! sound! emulator ps 1 goes with a bang.
- sometimes in some programs it goes into standby mode on its own, I hope they will fix it with the ate. shortcuts on the screen are duplicated many times, and if you delete them, you will delete the program too. desktops are constantly littered with unnecessary program shortcuts. The methods described on the Internet to get rid of this ailment have not yet brought results. gta is not running yet :-(
- Gorgeous screen. Good build quality. Pretty loud speakers. Playback of various video formats by hardware (Including 1080p)
- It was a huge mistake to ruin such a wonderful tablet with its own processor.
- 1) Battery. With Wi-Fi constantly on + listening to music for 4 hours a day + regular surfing, I used up 80% of the charge in 2 days . that is, I can definitely be sure that when using non-stop hours for 10-12, it will definitely be enough. 2) Screen. High resolution, vibrant colors, very good responsive sensor. 3) Shell. It works smoothly, it’s done neatly, I like it more than naked ICS . it hung a little a couple of times, but this is because I overloaded the tablet to the fullest, with average use everything will be fine. 4) Processor. Pretty smart, albeit its own design. There are also disadvantages, but see these disadvantages. 5) Quality of materials. In general, of course, it resembles a slightly elongated apple product, but not only visually, but also to the touch. A well-cut aluminum case feels great in the hands. 6) Dimensions. Not a brick, hands do not get tired if you hold it for a long time, though the keyboard is too wide in a horizontal position . but this is already a minus of all tablets with such a diagonal. 7) The camera is very decent, and for a tablet it's absolutely magnificent, I was pleased with the presence of a flash and autofocus.
- 1) Still, your own processor could not but affect the operation of applications. Due to incomplete optimization, sometimes a contact can fly out, and any other application . but this happens extremely rarely, and I think it will completely pass in the near future. 2) Why it was necessary to make your own charging connector is not clear to me. 3) The Huawei keyboard is not very convenient, but this is easily eliminated by installing a third-party one, which I actually did right away.
- Sound, display, price (bought for 13600), no visible brakes.
- Lack of USB for connecting flash drives and disks, no hdmi output, IR port for controlling equipment (like SONY has), etc. And he does not wash the floors and does not water the flowers - it is a sin to look for flaws for such money.
- build quality, stuffing, screen, screen again, price, weight.
- Well, except that the cord is short and non-standard.
