This is a great device. I screwed it to the floor with the left front passenger seat screw and it holds my iPad right where I put it. The gooseneck to the mounting plate loosens when rotated, but I solved this problem by simply tightening it down. and so far it has held up perfectly for the last 2 weeks. Good price. There was some difficulty installing it on the seat track as the seat bolts on my car are recessed into a small round recess. Didn't really fit flush or just right, but I got it to work. It was a bit shaky at first, but after some tweaking it seems to have stabilized.

The problem I have driving this semi-trailer is that we encounter a lot of dirt roads. Will fit Honda Civic 2016 Had to buy a set of hex sprocket bits to loosen the car seat track bolt but once removed the installation was just as easy how to screw back. Very happy with this mount.

I didn't install it exactly according to the instructions but it's not the companies fault my seat rail is sketched. All I had to do was put the forks under the rail itself and it fitted perfectly. After a few days, it started to slide slightly on the X-axis, with my screen sliding left to right as the neck shifted. But I took a wrench on the main nut that holds the neck to the fork mount, tightened it a turn or so, and it's tight now. Highly recommended.

I bought one to try because I've done it before. I like it so much, plan to buy it for my second car. It's hard to find a device with good stability that doesn't obstruct your view and doesn't take up much space on your dashboard. It matched our Ford Flex very well with a 10.1-inch Galaxy A7 tablet and a tough case. Holds the tablet high enough above the console and does not impede access to the dashboard.
