I like the height and the ease of installation. The only thing I don't like is that I wish it was a little less wobbly. I wish the gooseneck was stronger so it doesn't wiggle as much as it holds it in place, but it wiggles when I ride the bike. I'm wondering if the neck would be firmer if it was a little less wobbly?

Pretty nice mount. The device clip is awesome and can be rotated/stretched for devices from phones to tablets where you need it. The clip that attaches to the bicycle handlebar is durable and easy to use. The problem with this mount is the pivot point of the wand. It cannot bear the weight of the devices. Constantly falls with every shake or hit. I wish that wasn't a problem because I really like this mount, but during a workout it's very frustrating to stop to adjust the stick.

First, the gooseneck is shorter than expected and almost impossible to use. The biggest problem is that when tightening the device on the round bar, the connection between the gooseneck and the clamp comes loose and the device cannot stay in place. I had to mount it on top of my gooseneck bike's main info screen in an upright position to hold the Kindle without the entire device falling off. It vibrates when driving, but now it stays in place. I started putting this mount in my gym bag on days when I don't have an exercise bike but want to get on a bike. It's neatly attached to the neck, and it seems like I'm making the peleton without expensive gear. It fits easily on my phone and easily on my 8th gen iPad. The only downside is that even when it's mounted firmly, the vibrations from the bike grip can cause the screen to shake a bit. It's not critical, but noticeable. Not just for cycling, this adjustable, strong, stable with adjustable clip for attaching batteries, small tablets, etc. The ball joint twists and turns in any direction you want with a tightening collar, to keep it in place. This is an incredible and versatile product that I have great confidence in...and a great price.

The gooseneck that connects to the mount is not strong. It wobbles a little. I'm sure it will break as it doesn't seem stable at all. I ended up having to return it as the wobbling in sneakers made it unusable.

I was happy to get what I thought was the best way to mount my tablet to an exercise bike. Unfortunately, there is so much movement and play between the connector and the gooseneck that the tablet wobbles a lot when using the bike. I'd expect some movement, but it's enough to make the tablet difficult to see.
