Ideal for lying on your stomach. I would like to make a few criticisms. I think images should be less pastel and more contrast. Some details don't quite match the age in my opinion. The mirror arrived smudged and will not rub off, so I assume this is the default. It probably shouldn't have passed quality control. A little disappointing.

I bought this quite expensive baby book for my baby because of the black and white and color pictures on the back. I thought it would be very useful for tubby time. My kid wasn't a fan. Later when I went down with her to look in the mirror I realized it was more like a distorted funny house mirror and it really hurt to focus on it. What a disappointment, especially for the price.

I bought this to see if I could get my baby to love tummy time a little more. It works for a while but she likes to lay on her back and hold/eat it. Rustling and different page illustrations attract their attention. At first I thought it was a bit small, but we recently flew to Florida and it's not that big to pack up and take with us. Excellent purchase!

I bought this toy for my newborn daughter to keep her entertained while she is on her tummy. For now I've only given her black and white photos as newborns only see high contrast and she seems to enjoy looking at them. She even smiles at photos of smiling animals. It's really good quality and a unique toy that's different from anything I've seen and we definitely had a lot of stuff when our first daughter was a kid.

Got it as a gift for my 3 month old goddaughter. She didn't really like to lie on her stomach and her parents were pleasantly surprised that she could endure more by watching this book. She seemed very interested in the mirror and especially black and white pictures. So much fun to watch as she makes the book and pictures would definitely recommend as a gift. To be honest there really aren't that many toys out there for parents and newborns/babies and sometimes you want to feel like you're doing it, which goes a bit beyond feeding and them to read. I think she was too small, like a newborn for a rattle, the sound might startle and startle her since she was so small. I enjoyed watching her from 0-2 months old and watching her concentrate on the pictures. Fits in a diaper bag, you can hold them and show them pictures! The photos are beautiful and hold
