The best part is that you can get to know so many people who are passionate about their work. It's very easy to reach out to them for any kind of help. I have found most helpful when it comes to traveling and finding accommodation for my trips. The only thing I dislike is the way they charge for some things like the maps. They should provide this service for free as it helps others too. Also, there could be more options for payment methods. So far, I have not faced any issues with the platform.
