I purchased 3 of these for our couch. I can confirm that they are absolutely not water resistant in anyway. My dog recently developed incontinence and the urine went right through to the couch pretty much instantly. This has occurred on all three of the covers. We machine wash them and air dry them so we aren’t submitting them to much abuse.Additionally they don’t stay in position very well. I bought this after adopting two kittens mainly to keep the hair off of my sofa but also in case there were any accidents. It's the perfect size and looks very nice on my sofa. So nice that I am ordering one for my love seat as well. I would have scored it higher but I have not had to clean it nor have I witnessed how water proof it is because I have not had any liquid on it so I couldn't give it five stars for certain. I had ordered the wine colored one in Large for my 3 seat recliner thinking it would be large enough. It Really Wasn't. However since it's just me and the cat, I only recently looked into replacing it with the XL in chocolate brown, now that the covid pandemic is starting to wind down in my area. The price is excellent comparatively speaking and so is the ease of cleaning it. My cat sheds A Lot and this was a life saver.

Just received my couch covers. I got one for the two seater as well. I was hoping for a darker brown but this will work. They’re soft and comfortable. I didn’t want a stretchy slip on cover with those awful pool noodle inserts and also because my couches recline . I was a bit disappointed with the quality and feel of the material. I wish I had of truly read the item description more thoroughly because these are 100% NOT WATERPROOF. I unfortunately had to find out the hard way on my brand new couch, but lesson learned.

I have LARGE dogs and was looking for a cover that was comfortable, waterproof and would stay in place when they get off. This did the job! This is our second couch cover- the firrst had elastic all the way around it and was very difficult to put on, like impossible. we have two dogs. the big dog likes to eat his chew toys on the couch. this covers it completely, easy to put on and remove. so far it is GREAT!

I use furniture covers because we have pets, and they shed. These are okay, if your furniture is smaller than average size, but they are smaller than the other two brands I've purchased, they are extremely thin, and they do not stay on well. I would have been happier, I think, to have paid a higher price for a different brand.

I'm thrilled with this couch cover! I have an odd extra large double reclining love seat. Turns out it is basically as long as a three and even some four cushioned couches! Needless to say not much would fit, especially the average loveseat covers. The fit is not idea for the foot rests, since it is all attached and has that odd bend in the fabric when only one footrest is up, but it works well and stays in place nicely. The strap around the back is a bit of a joke, so we will see how long that

Well in a "dog house" you need covers protecting your furniture. And my lady couch cover was on its last leg.I went for this one due to the color and style. The color turned out perfectly and as for the style I like the strap that holds the back part down.It was super easy to put on by myself and the dogs love to lay on it!

This is great for leather sofas. We have a big 2 seater and could have used a couple more inches on both sides. I will be ordering another one for a spare and will order the next size up.

This cover just fits the loveseat in our new trailer. My dog just has to eat her cookies on the loveseat so this cover is perfect to keep crumbs, hair and spills off. It doesn't slip much like I thought it would, stays pretty much in place.

It’s water resistant and easy to clean, but the back won’t stay up. It just slides down. I have another cover in another brand that does not do this, so it must be something to do with this particular design. This one has a full elastic band you attach as opposed to one that’s sewn in.

I was trying to protect my sofa from my little one's accidental spills and cosmetic damage. This product is perfect for the sofa. fits well as it says universal fit. It has a grip which sticks to the sofa and it does not slide and is not annoying. I like the product and definitely recommend it.
