Well, I didn't know what to expect from "sticky tape for cardboard". I mean what is a box and why do I need one? I bought it to pack for my move. I wasn't very impressed. The tape is thin and not very sticky. I look back at the boxes I taped shut and they arrive unsealed. I'm disappointed. I need some more tape from another brand to secure the boxes.

That's a ton of tape! I run a home business and use duct tape like water so I was happy to buy 6 large rolls at once. Purple is a great shade and makes my packages stand out (and is not easy to open/seal for a thief). It sticks well to boxes and plastic bags and is easy to cut. I live in Arizona and have problems with the faucet "melting" in the sun and haven't had this problem with it yet, even though it's been over 110 this week. We bought this product to help us move. We have assigned a different colored ribbon to each room in the house. That helped us and the movers because they didn't have to ask so much where things went. Only downside was I used it to both identify and secure doors on a nice computer cage. Unfortunately, the colored adhesive came off the surface of the case when I removed it.
