I recently bought this hair dryer. I was excited to open the box and assemble it. When I started assembling the pieces I found that one of the legs was missing. Now I can't use the dryer because a part is missing. Considering the cost of this item, I think the company should ensure that all parts and tools are included in each box, and that they should provide more detailed instructions and pictures on how to assemble each part.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of this hair dryer. Assembly was fairly easy and works as expected. I've used it 3 or 4 times already. My only downside is the diameter of the base (legs). Based on the measurements provided, I measured my closet and assumed it would fit, but it's a little wider than expected. I just leave it in the corner of the room.

I have made many purchases from Revain over the years but this is the best I have ever bought. It gets very hot, which is convenient because I can put it in any room in my house and it doesn't take up much space.

We tried to assemble this dryer and it is very cute but very small. It was easy to put together, but it just won't work. We've tried everything and it says you have to twist it by the base 5 times and we've done it and we've even tried taking it apart to fix it but it just won't work. Too bad because it's very cute. But I think that's the case if you get what you pay for. I also tried emailing the company for troubleshooting advice but never received a response.

I have long natural hair that I wear in 2 strands. I love its drying power and the fact that it's quiet and I can use it at home! Very durable and easy to assemble.
