TCK Sports Digital Socks Medium Review

I bought these for my 5 year old son who is now 6 and he loves the socks and matching sleeves. The colors were as shown on the web and matched his football shirt very well. He liked that while he sought out and customized his teammates, he had a bit of personality in them. The socks kept his legs warm and also kept his football pants from falling down. The sleeve accentuated his uniform a bit, and he didn't want to take it off. I would definitely buy again.

I love the look of these digital camo socks. My son LOVES this. He likes the look and thickness of the sock. The only problem is that it narrows a bit in the lower leg area, probably due to the thickness of the sock. These are BIG socks for a child who has very little or no calf muscles. My son is athletic and has the calves to prove it. He can lift the top of the sock, but not without effort. Just a note. But he still loves socks.

My petite 10 year old daughter wears size 13T shoes (and 1 1/2" cleats) and is 49 1/2". I bought the size Small. The socks come down to her knee and are completely covered by her softball pants (which fall just below her knee). These are good quality socks that look very cute. I definitely recommend them.

I don't know if they fit an alien or a flamingo, but they certainly won't fit a human foot. It's a "large" size and I couldn't even wear it above the ankle. Unfortunately I had to open/damage the packaging to try it on, so I can't return it. Waste of $12 and my time. We need them for next week's game. Very disappointed.

Large enough for an adult but considering the length. If you want to try them now on the way to stiffness my nine year old daughter has trouble putting them on as they are so thin and the material doesn't want to stretch. I bought her a size up thinking she could probably wear it next football season but she can't. Socks may look nice, but they're not worth wearing.

I believe they are for compression but I wanted to use them for my 11 year old son to play soccer. Not good - the fabric is thick, tightly woven, not stretchy enough to wear any shin guards. I've included a photo comparing them to another, more typical pair of soccer socks; the cut is very narrow. The foot sizing seems accurate, but we didn't even try them on. I can't imagine my 112kg son pulling them up to his calves. Too bad, because I found digital camouflage attractive.

My 10 year old LOVES this pair of socks! They look really cool when he wears them with his baseball pants or even to school. Other parents on the team asked where I bought them. We saw a boy from another team wearing the same socks but a different color at our last tournament. They fit well and are of quite good quality. I ordered them larger than he usually wears so they hit his knees. I have washed these items at least 5 times in the last 4 weeks with no problems.

The design and the quality of the material of these socks are amazing. I'm not a camo fan, but they look great with my daughter's softball uniform (black pants, red shirt). She wears size 3 youth shoes and they fit her just right, although they should fit in the small to size 5. They are almost like compression stockings in the sense that they must be worn as such due to the size and thickness of the material. I hope this helps parents with children of the same size to determine the size. They fit well - not too tight so he can stretch them out before they get too small.
