🔝 Upgraded TCL RC280 Remote: Perfect Replacement for Roku TV, Enhanced for Optimal Performance Review

. I contacted TCL to find out how to get a replacement remote and they sent me this link. I bought three other Roku TV remotes from Amazon, but none of them worked very well or lasted long. This is EXACTLY the same remote control that came with my TV and it works as it should.

defective, never worked - tried three different sets of new batteries (also two different brands of batteries) and the device was never recognised. Additionally, there is also no pairing button on the remote to request pairing. It would cost me almost $8 and the change I paid for it to pay for the gas for the mail and pay for the postage for the return so it's a waste of money and time for me. The Roku app works great with my smartphone, so I'll stick with it.

I accidentally crushed the original remote that came with my new Roku TV when I was installing it (an old giant Monster TV fell on it). This new one was identical to the original and worked without any programming. Incidentally, the original withstood about 150 pounds of the TV being dropped, and the only button that suffered damage was the volume down button (the volume up and mute buttons still worked, as did all the buttons on the front panel). The color convinced me.
