Specially made for removing auto body side moldings, emblems, gaskets, decals and wheel weights from cars without damaging or marring the cars metal, glass or paint. Scraper tools come in four different width sizes: 3/4" (19 mm) | 7/8" (22 mm) | 1" (25 mm) | 1-1/2" (38 mm). Tools made with high impact resistant nylon plastic composite and are designed to absorb hammer blows; They are solvent-resistant and you can resharpen the blades. Ideal for removing the glued on wheel weights from aluminum rims and motorbike wheels or for removing gaskets from aluminum surfaces. Excellent for removing emblems, adhesive backed trim or glued on protective strips.

Ideal for removing RTV gasket residue from aluminum transmissions

These non-scratch plastic chisels were purchased to help remove RTV gasket residue from the mating surface of my 2004 Grand Caravan 41TE transmission pan without damaging the soft aluminum. They worked great, the smaller ones worked even better than the larger ones in my particular application. I'm glad I bought it, a great addition to my toolbox and excellent value for money.

A nice addition to any tool box.

Fast delivery. I don't know how they compare to others or why I chose them over others even though I've been shopping for a while. I love tools so this is just another part of the bigger picture. Indispensable when you need to remove seals or clean delicate surfaces. These plastic chisels are made of hard and sharp plastic. Much harder than a butter knife, for example. Actually, there should be several different mixtures (softer/harder) for different tasks. Would definitely pass one of these on

PERFECT tools for removing motorcycle registration decals from NYC license plates and more

These plastic chisels are incredibly versatile. The main use for them that I have found is in my motorcycles and cars. I live in New York and the DMV here uses license plate decals that attach to motorcycle license plates. I have tried every year to remove the old stickers. Metal scrapers and razor blades will damage the panel surface. Solvents like Goof Off can also damage the plate. These chisels are perfect for removing old stickers. The chisels are very soft but soft enough not to damage…
