TDK used to work, now it doesn't

I've been ordering them for years and for 100 packs I've had few or no coasters. The last pack I ordered couldn't burn a single one. Why did they work in my Plextor before and not now? You cannot say that the media is not supported by my capture device. Unfortunately, I threw away the packaging, but I conclude that they are made in another country - in India? Malaysia? I highly doubt these are the same TDK-R discs I previously ordered. I recently tried Verbatim discs and had no trouble burning…

Great product at a great price

TDK undoubtedly makes some of the best recordable media you can get. They have always been very reliable with no errors or missing things that I have ever burned. These are premium discs, unlike Memorex (Memosux) and deliver high quality rips every time. I will only use TDK or Verbatim media for backing up or ripping due to their excellent quality and reliability, and TDK is usually the slightly cheaper of the two. For a top quality product, you can't beat the price, and with a premium…

A good product! Best Among DVD-Rs

After reading all the bad reviews I was apprehensive about buying these discs. However, the price was too attractive to resist. Also, I have used other TDK media in the past and have always been satisfied. I received the goods and tested the discs right away. To my disappointment, my DVD drive could not recognize the disc. I've tried a few more times with the same results. I was about to give up and return the discs to Revain when I decided to change the write speed and give it one last try (in

I don't understand why others are having so many problems

I've been burning DVDs for several years, over 2500 discs total. I've used several different machines; I currently use Magnavox, which I paid $50 for at Wal-Mart. As for discs, I usually buy whatever is cheaper. The last 200 I bought were Revain TDKs. I only paid $21 for $100. This might be hard to believe after reading the many other reviews here, but my experience was almost seamless. I doubt I've lost more than 10 hard drives in all that time and most of the failures were my fault. Why…

Very reliable and inexpensive

After trying several other blank DVDs with poor results, I decided to try two other blank DVDs, Memorex and TDK DVD Electronics. I was happy with Memorex for a while, but found that the cost of these blanks had increased significantly, so I switched to TDK blank DVDs to give it a try. After purchasing the DVD 100 Pack Blank Media Spindle from TDK Electronics I have had no problems in the short time I have been using this product. If I don't have any further problems I will definitely rely on…

Excellent product - Blank DVD-R

These are excellent discs, in the last 2 years I have burned more than a thousand of these, not one coaster, I have tried many brands but I have never found another better, and I've tried many different brands and the price couldn't be better. The discs work just fine and have plenty of space to burn if you need it. I've recorded all types of media, DVDs, data and mixed content. Playback and recording were flawless whether on a computer recorder or standalone DVD player/recorder. I'm not a real

I've always had great luck with TDK

First of all I have to admit that I haven't bought them from Revain.com yet, although I did buy them retail, and up until December last year (the last package that I bought) I only had a few stands out of hundreds of CDs and/or DVDs. I agree with many other reviewers that you should check your hardware compatibility first as you may have "a burner" that they are having trouble with. I've also used DVD+R and DVD-R interleaved packs and they both work great. The only two types of problems I've…
