This small stand is perfect for mounting your camera (+ microphone) on the stand at eye level or just below. I received this product on time. Only the packaging is not that great. It just came in clear sealed packaging for the world to see. I think it shouldn't be in a box or anything, it would just be nice to see that it takes a little time to pack. Once I took it out of the box it was easy to install. I wouldn't recommend this product for overhead shooting if that's what you're buying it for. I bought this device to convert some of my old photos into digital files. I was hoping this would hold my iPhone in a stable, permanent position so I could quickly position and snap my old film photos. Unfortunately all my photos are blurry. Eventually I realized that this was because the phone's position was slightly crooked every time I pressed a button on the phone to take a picture.
