Protective Trio: Collegiate Headcover Set for Your Golf Clubs Review

I bought these to replace the same set I bought 6 years ago. The driver's protective cover has finally started to wear out this summer, as it's the most commonly removed and put on. I play at least 80 rounds a year so this was a great buy for the money.

Good quality material appears to be sewn well and the colour/print is first class. Headgear is actually better than the thugs they cover. #1 uses a driver with a large head. #3 is also large and #5 follows the same theme. Stop fumbling, buy it.

These covers complete my golf bag. My golf bag is orange and black, but it doesn't say OSU on the outside. The bag now looks like an OSU bag due to the headgear. The pads fit perfectly and protect the shafts from rubbing against other racquets.

I ordered the red cases a year ago for my friend's birthday. They turned pink. I specifically ordered these because they are pictured in black and I knew he would love them, they don't fade and are great value. What's in the kit? RED. Not what I ordered. NOT the one in the photo. I will no longer order from this company.

This is a beautiful set of Clemson hats. The illustration is that the set includes a fairway cover and the hybrid cover is correct. BUT THE PROBLEM is that they are too big for these racquets. As a 35-year-old avid golfer and two sons who played golf in college, I know about hats. If I hadn't opened the sealed packaging I would have sent it back. Again, these are beautiful Clemson headwear. It's a fairway only, and hybrid covers slip off after initial use.

So maybe I'm just being picky, but whatever. I'm a huge Texas fan and was a little hesitant to order these as most places don't get the bright orange color right. Unfortunately I was right about that. They are only old orange so I was disappointed after paying over $40. The cases themselves seem thick and sturdy enough to last a season or two, but not much more. The shank of the cap feels a bit cheap and came with a few flared and puckered areas, but for the price I don't think it's that bad…
