Non-aluminum sheets are hard to find. I love racks and use them for cookies and/or baking. I've heard them deform when strongly heated, but return to their original shape once cooled; I try to keep the temp below 400* to avoid this.

I was expecting good quality for this item because I paid a lot of money for these two pans. But a few minutes after you put the baking sheet in the oven, the baking sheets will curl at any temperature. It can be heard all over the house. This means that you cannot use these pans to bake pans or cakes.

I'm editing my review because the seller immediately contacted me about my disappointment and refunded the money. This is still not a pan I would buy again as the pans have to withstand the heat BUT I am very happy with the customer service. They suggested preheating the pan in the oven or using it at a lower temperature to prevent warping, but I didn't have to do this with the pan.

I liked the idea of stacking shelves so bought these to help with holiday cooking. It turned out to be a waste of money. Refrigerated shelves are not level/unstable. Wobbly, even when unstacked, means they can't collapse if hit while in place. The sheets look nice and heavy, but they turn around in the oven. Luckily I didn't use them for anything savory or it would have been a huge mess in the oven. Very disappointing.

It was amazing! I bought two sets and I like the ability to stack the cooling shelves. I keep all 4 on my desk and it makes it easy for the kids to get all the goodies I've baked for the day. The height of the refrigerated shelves in the stack is more than sufficient to cool rolls and cakes. There is enough space to put things in or put them away without having to unfold them again. The pans are surprisingly easy to clean and hardly stick, and what's stuck is easy to remove when rinsing!
