With really strong magnets, you can mount your SSD anywhere. You are meticulous. Makes it very easy to insert discs throughout your build. Good for holding other things like RGB controllers.

I recently bought a Corsair 4000D case and the extra SSD mounts have been sold out everywhere for months. Due to the fact that they are magnetic, the fact that they are easy and free to install in any place and at about the same price solves this problem.

I upgraded an old computer with an SSD and it was a great mounting solution. The SSD was easy to screw on and I was able to install it where it was easiest to route cables without having to completely redo the cable routing. The magnets are strong and hold well.

Very easy to use, I've used it with a Samsung QVO 2TB SSD. I didn't have a mount so I ordered this. Simply screw the drive to the bracket with the included screws and then find a place to attach, any metal surface, no restrictions on where you can attach it that the magnet will stick to. Installing an SSD became child's play.

Hard drive space fills up quickly, especially in small cases. This new idea of using magnets to attach anywhere you have a flat metal surface in your case works incredibly well. To answer the most obvious question, no magnets, so as not to negatively affect your drives' performance at all. Once you put it on a metal surface, it won't go anywhere. Strong magnets keep the drive in place without vibration.

I wish I could think about it. I recently put a 2.5" SSD in a 3.5" box. With computers these prices and demand, it makes sense to take a broken old computer, especially one with a good i7 or i5 processor, and put an SSD in it as a boot drive.
